Annual Assessment Statement Letter

Hello Members,

This mailing includes the Annual Assessment Statement for your lot along with the ESA Statement for members who have not paid off that assessment as of this date. Remember, the ESA must be paid off by December 31, 2018. The loan matures January, 2019. Cabin dues remain $1525.00 for the year. Land dues remain $734.00 for the year. The Annual Assessment is due August 1, 2018 and becomes delinquent September 1, 2018, subject to late fees and monthly interest charges. There is no discount this year for early payment. Be sure to mail your payments to the address above. The association is not set up to accept credit card payments. The Delinquency Policy is included for reference.

The next Board Meeting is June 16, 2018, 9:00 AM, at the Donner Summit PUD Office. The Annual Meeting will be held June 16, 2018, 1:00 PM, also at the Donner Summit PUD Office.
