Annual Election

For those wishing to get involved in the Board, keep in mind that our elections are coming up. If you are interested, please submit your candidacy request as well as a brief biography to the office that will be included in your election mailing in May. As per our by-laws, three Board directors are elected each year. Copies of all our governing documents are available on this website for your information.

The annual review which is prepared by our certified accountant after the fiscal year ending on the last day of March will also be included in the May mailing.

Architectural Committee

When purchasing a lot and you intend to build you will need to submit plans to the PVCA Architectural Committee. Please see the Builders Handbook for compliance issues. For further information contact Terri McGuigan, General Manager.
