Emergency Special Assessment

As you are aware the billing was mailed for the Emergency Special Assessment. The amount to pay in full is is $5052.63. If you want to make payments for the 7 years you can do the following:

Monthly Payments of $74.11

Quarterly Payments of $222.33

Annual Payments of $889.32

For those individuals who will be making payments only one statement will be sent out on an annual basis. These statements will be sent in May of each year.

If you have not made your emergency Special Assessment Payments, your account will be turned over to collection if payment is not received by December 31, 2011.
