INSPECTOR OF ELECTIONS (Civil Code §5110(a)(5)) Ballots will be processed by: Petra Krantz ([email protected]) QUORUM NOTICE (Civil Code §5115(b)): The current quorum requirement is 33.3%. If quorum is not met, a reconvened meeting will be held at 20 least days after the scheduled election with reduced quorum of 20%. VOTER LIST VERIFICATION You may verify the accuracy of your voter list information. To do so, contact the Inspector of Elections, Petra Krantz, at [email protected]. Members must report errors in voter lists to the Inspector of Elections by May 6, 2026 (at least 30 days before voting deadline per Civil Code §5105(a)(7)). Dear Homeowner, Pla-Vada Community Association will hold its Annual Meeting of Members on June 20, 2026. At this meeting, the membership will elect three (3) Directors to the Board for two-year terms. If you are interested in serving our community, we invite you to review the following procedures and submit your nomination by the deadline below. 1. Pla-Vada Community Association did not reach the 33.3% quorum needed to have the annual meeting and proceed with the election on June 21, 2025. As such, the meeting was adjourned until Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 6 p.m. At this time, 20% of members present by ballot will satisfy the quorum requirements and ballots will be counted if a quorum is reached. The meeting will take place via Zoom teleconference. Meeting links will be sent out prior to the meeting via email or may be requested from the PVCA office. The candidates are:
