Recreation

PVCA members can access the South Yuba River through pedestrian recreational easements. Access is private for PVCA members and their guests only. Access points and areas are noted on the Community Map.

Additional Guidelines: 
  • Pedestrian access only - no vehicles, including off-road vehicles and motorcycles, are permitted on the easements.
  • Street parking is not permitted at access locations (see PVCA's Parking Policy).
  • Clean up after yourself. Areas are not maintained by PVCA.
  • Be courteous.
  • Use of the easements is at your own risk, and PVCA and the landowner shall not be liable for any injury to person or property in accordance with California Civil Code § 846.


Sierra Pacific Industries Land Access

Much of the land behind PlaVada Woodlands is owned by Sierra Pacific Industries and the Tahoe National Forest. Information regarding recreational access to Sierra Pacific Industries land can be found here.
