Board of Directors Election | This year's annual meeting was originally scheduled June 21, 2025. Due to a lack of quorum, the meeting has been adjourned until July 16, 2025 at 6pm. Notice with meeting information can be found here.
Speed Limit | The speed limit in PlaVada is 15mph. Please remind all guests (contractor, tenants, visitors, etc.) of the speed limit.
Wood/Charcoal Fire Ban | Truckee Fire Protection District's fire ban is currently in effect. No wood or charcoal outdoor fires or BBQs are permitted. Call 9-1-1 to report any burning during red flag/critical fire weather.

PlaVada Woodlands is a mountain community in Soda Springs, CA near the Donner Summit along highway I80, approximately 15 minutes west of Donner Lake. Owners and visitors enjoy numerous outdoor activities and beautiful scenery year-round.
Historic Truckee, Donner Lake, and of course beautiful Lake Tahoe are all a short drive.
Pla-Vada Community Association (PVCA) is the HOA formed to serve the lot owners of PlaVada Woodlands. PVCA’s primary functions are:

- To maintain the community’s roads, including providing snow removal services on said roads.
