PlaVada Woodlands is a mountain community in Soda Springs, CA near the Donner Summit along highway I80, approximately 15 minutes west of Donner Lake. Owners and visitors enjoy numerous outdoor activities and beautiful scenery year-round.
Historic Truckee, Donner Lake, and of course beautiful Lake Tahoe are all a short drive.
Pla-Vada Community Association (PVCA) is the HOA formed to serve the lot owners of PlaVada Woodlands. PVCA’s primary functions are:
